For standard shipping that is untracked (including our free shipping offer for purchases over $50), allow for up to 1-5 business days for delivery as we use Australia Post to deliver letter sized mail.
Please note: with our free and/or standard shipping offer, your stickers will be send by untracked letter, and therefore cannot be tracked. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or delay and any replacements are done at our complete discretion.
For express post, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. This will have a tracking number provided through the Auspost app
These timeframes only apply to Australian addresses.
In all cases regarding shipping to international addresses, please allow up to four business weeks for delivery. There is a minimum spend of AUD$10 to receive shipping of your products outside of Australia. Any order that falls below AUD $10 may be cancelled and refunded.
